Flow State is a 90-minute embodied women’s circle designed to reconnect you with your natural rhythm through Ayurvedic wisdom, cycle syncing, and intuitive self-care.
You’ll receive nourishing tools to support each phase of your cycle—from the inward stillness of menstruation to the fiery creativity of ovulation—so you can move through life with more flow, not force.
This is not a lecture. It’s a space to feel, share, rest, and receive.
