In this cozy, embodied gathering, we’ll explore the sacred intelligence of your gut and how it affects your energy, mood, and emotional clarity. Together, we’ll reconnect with that inner fire through gentle movement, breath, and rituals that nourish your whole being.
Through learning digestive self-care rituals, we’ll explore how the state of your digestion reflects your capacity to process life itself. You’ll gain tools to support everyday digestion and emotional clarity without needing to memorize any Sanskrit or food lists.
This isn’t a lecture — it’s a chance to slow down, tune in, and savor what it means to feel truly well.
We’ll sip soothing tea, practice mindful eating, share what works, explore emotional digestion and learn how your body’s signals can become a trusted guide. Expect meaningful conversation, lighthearted moments, and a deeper understanding of how to tend your inner world through the lens of your digestion.
You’ll also:
• Practice a mindful eating ritual you can actually use
• Journal to spark insight, gratitude, and joy
• Breath + move to support digestion
• Leave with simple, powerful tools for digestive and emotional vitality
• A mindful meal that is seasonal/organic and vegan will be provided for dinner. Please let Jenna Lee know if you have any dietary restrictions upon registration.
