The Power of Conscious Breath: Intro to Pranayama
Discover the subtle power of your breath in this beginner-friendly pranayama workshop designed to introduce the fundamentals of yogic breathwork. In this 75 minute experience, we’ll explore three simple yet potent techniques to calm the nervous system, cultivate focus, and enhance clarity.
Through guided instruction, mini journaling prompts, and group reflection, you’ll learn how to apply breathwork as a tool for daily life. The experience will close with a deeply relaxing Savasana and sound bowl healing to support integration and rest.
No prior experience with pranayama is necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and centered.

Jenna Lee Leahy is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, 500 hr registered yoga teacher, and Reiki master. She blends ancient wisdom with modern practices to create transformative, accessible experiences.
